When will I get my order?
Since every item is custom-printed just for you, it takes our team about 2-3 business days to craft your gear. Once it leaves our facility, standard US shipping takes another 3-5 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as it ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!

Where do your products ship from?
To provide our US customers with the best quality and fastest delivery, all our apparel is custom-printed and shipped directly from the USA! We partner with top-tier print facilities in locations like Florida and Texas.
For our international hikers, we work with a network of trusted global printers to ensure your gear reaches your home base quickly, wherever your adventures take you.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, comfy materials for all our tees—soft enough for cuddles, durable enough for playtime, and gentle on the skin. Exact materials may vary depending on the item, but you’ll find the details on each product page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
To reduce environmental waste, every item is custom-printed just for you! Because of this, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or a change of mind. (Please check our size guide before ordering!)
However, if your gear arrives damaged or defective, our 100% Quality Guarantee has you covered. Just email us at support@unboundtrails.shop within 30 days, and we’ll send a free replacement right away.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are focusing exclusively on our US adventurers! We only ship within the United States right now. However, we hope to expand to more international trails in the near future.
