Returns & Refunds Policy

At Unbound Trails, every item is uniquely printed just for you when you place an order. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size. Please refer to our size charts carefully before ordering.

Damages and Issues We stand by the quality of our products! Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

How to Start a Claim To resolve a damaged or defective item issue, please email us at support@unboundtrails.shop. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us! Simply include the following in your email:

  • Your Order Number

  • A clear photograph showing the issue or defect

Once we verify the issue with our print providers, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items As all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color (Please check the size guide before purchasing).

  • Buyer's remorse / change of mind.

  • Items damaged after delivery by the customer.

European Union Customers Please note that because our apparel is custom-made and produced specifically to your order, they are legally exempt from the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal for standard e-commerce goods.

Refunds Once your photo proof is reviewed and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
