Shipping policy

At Unbound Trails, our products are custom-made to order through our premium print providers. This means your items are printed specifically for you once your order is placed!

1. Production & Processing Time

  • Because every item is made to order, it requires a production period before it is shipped.

  • Standard production time is typically 2 to 5 business days.

  • Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Times Once your item is printed, packaged, and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

  • USA: 3 to 7 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 10 business days

  • International (EU, UK, Rest of World): 10 to 30 business days (Please note: These are estimated delivery timeframes and are not guaranteed, as local postal delays can occur.)

  • Note: Currently, we only ship within the USA. We’re working to expand to more countries in the future so more adventurers can join the journey with Unbound Trails.

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

4. Multiple Shipments If your order contains multiple different items (e.g., a t-shirt and a mug), they may be produced by different specialized printing facilities. Therefore, your items might arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, Unbound Trails is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and import duties).

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
